Conducting Fleece Tape
We manufacture and export superior quality conducting fleece tape, made of random oriented polyester fleece. Our manufactured tape is highly durable and long lasting; it is impregnated with heat resistant conducting varnish. The tape is resistant to most of the organic & inorganic solvents, and can be combined with synthetic resin.
- Sizes available: 15mm, 20mm, 25mm (in width)
- Roll Length: 50mtrs
Other sizes can be customized in order to meet the desired specification of the clients.
Application & Advantages
- Our conducting fleece tape is used for corona protection in the slots of high voltage electrical machine.
- It is suitable for both resin rich & resin poor system.
- During the consolidation of coils, the coating on conducting fleece tape is not diffused with the main slot insulation.
- When tape is immersed in VPI system, the particles of the tape do not migrate to the epoxy resin bath.
